Not all people would want to exercise manually. A lot would more likely depend on artificial or instant methods of weight loss. Though manual exercise is more advisable for physical fitness, here are some “instant” methods:

We may be starting to live a sedentary lifestyle but we should not let the convenience it offers ruin our physical well-being.
